Villa Joutsen

Villa Joutsen is located in Punkaharju’s Vuoriniemi, surrounded by pinetrees, on the shores of the clearwatered lake Saimaa.

This Villa is truly a fitting place for a lover of nature to relax in, the scenery is breathtaking, the bay is secluded and naturally protected against winds. The surrounding forests provide for excellent foraging opportunities for berries (blueberries, raspberries and lingonberries) and mushrooms. And of course, since the Villa is located on the shores of lake Saimaa, there are both excellent fishing spots and a chance to see the endangered Saimaa ringed seal!

And what would be a better way to check out the scenery on lake Saimaa than the brand new and big pier that comes with a rowing boat attached to it.

This log Villa by Honkarakenne has 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette, bathroom and indoors wc. The kitchen is completely renovated and well equipped with a dishwasher, stove top, modern oven and of course the necessary plates and utensils.

There is a completeled sauna , with a bonus living room with a fold-out bed. The sauna is a wood-heated sauna. The beach is a hard-bottomed sandy beach .

Villa Mushroom

Villa Mushroom is rented from the beginning of May to the end of October for a weekly price of 300 euros. Midsummer week 500 euros. Exchange day Sunday.

Villa Mushroom was built by a master builder from Lappeenranta in 1980 in place of a residential building that had previously burned down. In the yard, there is still an old barn left from the farm as a log warehouse. Mika bought the farm in 2013 and we renovated the kitchen, WC facilities and water pipes and drains. We made a new large terrace in front of the cottage.

There is a log villa suitable for 4 people and children and pets with a kitchen, indoor toilet, shower, washing machine and
even a downstairs with cooling. Bedroom upstairs.
There are electric radiators and an air heat pump for heating. Hot water is enough from the 300 liter tank. A separate wood-heated yard sauna with a small living room. The sauna comes with cold water and warm water from the heater’s tank.

There are large forest areas around, you can hike in the woods, collect blueberries, lingonberries, lingonberries, chanterelles or other mushrooms for the winter. A large yard area where pets can romp.

Villa Saimaa

Villa Saimaa is located in Punkaharju’s Vuoriniemi, on the shore of Saimaa. The waters are shallow and the lake bottom is hard (excellent for walking) and slightly rocky, so it’s truly child friendly.

Punkaharju is about 30km from the summerhouse while Imatra and Savonlinna are about 60km away. A boat cruise leaving from Savonlinna on a beautiful evening is truly an evening to remember.

Särkilahti’s forests house the best blueberry, raspberry and lingonberry spots in the area. There are also plenty of mushrooms to forage. There is a concrete ramp which can be used to lower or lift your own boat. The concrete ramp is located near the summerhouse. I invite you to a relaxing weekend of fishing during the fall.

Villa Norppa

Villa Norppa is located in Punkaharju’s Vuoriniemi, surrounded by pinetrees, on the shores of the clearwatered lake Saimaa. The name of the Villa, Norppa, means “Saimaa ringed seal” in Finnish, and those adorably cute creatures can be seen nearby on a good day!

Villa Niemelä

Villa Niemelä’s sunny and spacious yard is our most comfortable. There is something for everyone in the yard. For children, for example, a sandbox and a swing, in winter you can get a good slide. The wood-heated beach sauna has cold water even in winter, and there is a covered barbecue area with a gas grill . The house has been completely renovated to suit a modern vacation. The kitchen is modernly equipped with versatile crockery. Big 55 anroid TV and WiFi are included in the equipment. There are beds for 9 adults and a cot and a high chair are also available. In the summer, for example, for 14 people. Own WC on both floors. Also a washroom  and electric sauna . We installed a new outdoor jacuzzi on the outside of the terrace to top off your vacation. The jacuzzi is easy to use, just take the lid off and you can lower yourself into the 37 degree water. You can also cool down with an air source heat pump if the summer days are too hot. Pets are also welcome for 50 euros/pc

Tarula was completed in 2016 and is furnished modernly to a high standard. There are four bedrooms having room for about 8 people (two downstairs and two upstairs). Both floors have an own toilet. In downstairs the living room is spacious having a big sofa, television ( 55 inches, fireplace, an open-concept kitchen and a big dining table. In the same floor there are also wood-fired sauna and bathroom with jacuzzi. Upstairs there is a pool table and 4g WiFi (50-110 Mhz) is included.

Tarula is a fabulous place for example for a family holiday with children, get-together with friends, a birthday party or a relaxing weekend in natural landscape. There are plenty of activities available for every season. You can take a peaceful walk in the nature, go fishing, pick mushrooms and berries on autumn, swim in a lake, enjoy sauna, have a barbecue on the terrace, go skiing, play Playstation or pool on a rainy day or just relax in the indoor jacuzzi or sit by the fireplace.

RANTAKALLIO is our most popular luxury villa for 14 people, located in Melkoniemi, Parikkala, on the sunny east shore of Haapalahti in Simpelejärvi.
The villa’s specialty is a large outdoor jacuzzi, which is rare in Eastern Finland, where you can relax with your family or a group of friends in a warm jacuzzi in any weather.
In autumn and winter, the most popular is a weekend reservation, for birthdays, birthdays, small parties or family vacations. In the summer, from Midsummer to the beginning of school, we mainly rent weekly reservations, and Changeover Day is Friday.
The villa can accommodate 14 adults in five bedrooms and a roll-out bed in the hall. Up to 16 people with extra beds. There are two cots for children. All three floors have their own toilet. The big cabin can also accommodate a couple even just two, ask for the price.

The villa is modernly equipped. On the sofa in the living room, you can watch Netflix and other modern finesse on the 65-inch Android flat-screen TV, the JBL player guarantees music enjoyment, fast wireless broadband is naturally also part of the equipment. Even heat is guaranteed by an environmentally friendly geothermal heat pump and water-circulating floor heating on all floors
The kitchen has a Tulikivi fireplace bread oven, stove top, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven and versatile crockery. There is a gas grill and a saslik grill for grilling on the terrace. Municipal water is of excellent quality.
To top off your holiday evening, you can relax from the wood-burning sauna decks in the always warm large outdoor jacuzzi. Sit in the fireplace room at the end of the evening under the glow of the Tulikivi fireplace.
In winter, there is a slide for the children on the beach slope. With a sled and a leveler, we can make a track starting right from the beach of the cottage.
