Villa Joutsen

Villa Joutsen is located in Punkaharju’s Vuoriniemi, surrounded by pinetrees, on the shores of the clearwatered lake Saimaa.

This Villa is truly a fitting place for a lover of nature to relax in, the scenery is breathtaking, the bay is secluded and naturally protected against winds. The surrounding forests provide for excellent foraging opportunities for berries (blueberries, raspberries and lingonberries) and mushrooms. And of course, since the Villa is located on the shores of lake Saimaa, there are both excellent fishing spots and a chance to see the endangered Saimaa ringed seal!

And what would be a better way to check out the scenery on lake Saimaa than the brand new and big pier that comes with a rowing boat attached to it.

This log Villa by Honkarakenne has 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette, bathroom and indoors wc. The kitchen is completely renovated and well equipped with a dishwasher, stove top, modern oven and of course the necessary plates and utensils.

There is a completeled sauna , with a bonus living room with a fold-out bed. The sauna is a wood-heated sauna. The beach is a hard-bottomed sandy beach .

Villa Niemelä

Villa Niemelä’s sunny and spacious yard is our most comfortable. There is something for everyone in the yard. For children, for example, a sandbox and a swing, in winter you can get a good slide. The wood-heated beach sauna has cold water even in winter, and there is a covered barbecue area with a gas grill . The house has been completely renovated to suit a modern vacation. The kitchen is modernly equipped with versatile crockery. Big 55 anroid TV and WiFi are included in the equipment. There are beds for 9 adults and a cot and a high chair are also available. In the summer, for example, for 14 people. Own WC on both floors. Also a washroom  and electric sauna . We installed a new outdoor jacuzzi on the outside of the terrace to top off your vacation. The jacuzzi is easy to use, just take the lid off and you can lower yourself into the 37 degree water. You can also cool down with an air source heat pump if the summer days are too hot. Pets are also welcome for 50 euros/pc

Villa Hiekkaranta

The luxurious Villa Hiekkaranta is located in Parikkala in South Karelia . From the living room opens a breathtaking view to lake Simpelejärvi through the wide windows. Villa Hiekkaranta was completed in 2018 and is furnished modernly to a high standard. There are four bedrooms having room for about 8 people (one downstairs and threeupstairs). Both floors have an own toilet. In downstairs the living room is spacious having a big sofa, 2 television (55 inches), an open-concept kitchen and a big dining table. In the same floor there are also wood-heated sauna. 4G WiFi is included.

Villa Hiekkaranta is a fabulous place for example for a family holiday with children, get-together with friends, a birthday party or a relaxing weekend in natural landscape. There are plenty of activities available for every season. You can take a peaceful walk in the nature, go fishing, pick mushrooms and berries in Autumn, swim in a lake, enjoy sauna, have a barbecue on the terrace, and even go skiing in Winter!

The customer’s assessment of Hiekkaranta:  Cottge is excellent. Not for those looking for smoky romance, but if you want ease, cleanliness and an excellently equipped cabin, this is it. It doesn’t pale at all to the luxury cottages in Ruka or Levi. The sauna is comfortable and easy to heat. The baths are soft and pleasant. Access to the lake is excellent and safe thanks to the pier in good condition. Services are fairly close (approximately 10 km), and in Melkoniemi you can enjoy the peace of nature. Good fishing waters. The host is nice and answers questions quickly. All in all, from the point of view of a family with children, the cottage week went better than well.
