Villa Red House

The villa has a living room, a large kitchen. Three bedrooms, 2 toilets, a bathroom with shower, an electric sauna, a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen has a wide range of dishes, an electric stove, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a coffee maker. A television, a DVD player and unlimited WiFi are also included. The even heat is guaranteed by environmentally friendly ground heating. The water is excellent Parikkala municipal water. In the yard there is a garden swing, a garden table, a gazebo and a barbecue. For children there is a sandbox, a garden swing and a children’s swing.

Villa Red House  is a pet-friendly cottage. Pets welcome 50 pcs.

The luxurious  rental cottage Villa Rantakallio is located in Parikkala in South Karelia

RANTAKALLIO is our most popular luxury villa for 14 people, located in Melkoniemi, Parikkala, on the sunny east shore of Haapalahti in Simpelejärvi.
The villa’s specialty is a large outdoor jacuzzi, which is rare in Eastern Finland, where you can relax with your family or a group of friends in a warm jacuzzi in any weather.
In autumn and winter, the most popular is a weekend reservation, for birthdays, birthdays, small parties or family vacations. In the summer, from Midsummer to the beginning of school, we mainly rent weekly reservations, and Changeover Day is Friday.
The villa can accommodate 14 adults in five bedrooms and a roll-out bed in the hall. Up to 16 people with extra beds. There are two cots for children. All three floors have their own toilet. The big cabin can also accommodate a couple even just two, ask for the price.

The villa is modernly equipped. On the sofa in the living room, you can watch Netflix and other modern finesse on the 65-inch Android flat-screen TV, the JBL player guarantees music enjoyment, fast wireless broadband is naturally also part of the equipment. Even heat is guaranteed by an environmentally friendly geothermal heat pump and water-circulating floor heating on all floors
The kitchen has a Tulikivi fireplace bread oven, stove top, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven and versatile crockery. There is a gas grill and a saslik grill for grilling on the terrace. Municipal water is of excellent quality.
To top off your holiday evening, you can relax from the wood-burning sauna decks in the always warm large outdoor jacuzzi. Sit in the fireplace room at the end of the evening under the glow of the Tulikivi fireplace.
In winter, there is a slide for the children on the beach slope. With a sled and a leveler, we can make a track starting right from the beach of the cottage.

A wonderful advertisement appeared for summer fishing. Predator Master 2023 fishing competition. West’s boat pulled the winning fish off Rantakallio. Watch the video and come and see if you are a better fisherman than your competitors. Bring your own boat or rent one from us. We have eight fishing boats for rent, one with a 115 hp engine, one with a 60 hp engine and six  with a 20 hp engine.
